Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Boxed Temptations cannot guarantee a delivery date. We ship using Australia Post or a courier. If it is to a PO Box or a remote location we use Australia Post. All other parcels go via courier.

The majority of our parcels arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on location. If you have a certain time you would like your parcel to arrive, please email us to check it will make it in time. We are shipping from Toowoomba, QLD.

Do you do returns?

Boxed Temptations do not offer returns. We are happy to refund or resend if something arrives broken. If there is a problem when the parcel arrives, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!

Do you do International Shipping?

We are happy to ship internationally but you will need to email us for a shipping quote. We are currently researching options for a flat rate to be available at check out.

I’m a wholesaler, how do I get my products in your box?

Email us at info@boxedtemptations.com or through our contact form telling us why your products are amazing! Please also include prices and minimum order quantities.

I want to add something to a box that you don’t have on the website, how do I do that?

We want to help you create a gift box that you and the recipient love. If there is something you want to add please email us and we will do our best to make that happen.

What happens if I forget to choose a card?

You have a couple of options:

  1. Leave the checkout process, go back and add a card to your order (our cards are free) then complete checkout.
  2. Email us with your order number, message and the card you would like at info@boxedtemptations.com.
